Everyone has right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure of person, property or corrsespondance.

Everyone has the right not to be arrested or detained for no/ random reason. Just because they’re suspicious does not mean anything.

They must be advised that they are free to leave at any time and they do not have to remain to answer any questions

Anyone arrested have the or detained have rights to be informed of those rights. Read Bill of rights. Must be told at the time.

Everyone who is CHARGED with an offence must be informed of the nature and why. After reading rights wait for positive acknowledgment.
