What would you do to relax?

A

Well, when I feel stressed after a long workday, I often spend 20 minutes full body work out that helps me relax my body and mind, stays fit and healthy.

For me personally, the exercises are effective to practice and don’t require a single piece of equipment.

Do you think doing sports is a good way to relax?

A

Yes and No. Sport is the most optimal method to strengthen your stamina and improve your well-being.

That said, it depends on when you do sport. If you play sports in the morning then that’s highly beneficial but in the evening, doing sport excessively would lead to cardiovascular problems.

Do you think vacation is a good time for you to relax?

A

For sure

I believe that vacation has positive effects on well-being and
reduce stress.

For me personally, I’m really into traveling alone as it gives me a sense of adventure. Futhermore, my life revolves around work and I have to meet people all the time, it would be nice to get away from it all and wander off the beaten track once in a while.

Do you think students need more relaxing time?

A

Absolutely.

Relaxation can act as a recovery time, during which students can momentarily take their minds away from their studies. This prevents them from overstretching their brains and allows for some gap time in between, which enables knowledge to be absorbed more easily and eventually consolidates students’ memory.
