Diphteria with tetanus, pertussis and poliomyelitis - 1 dose from 16th week, ideally after abnormality scan (18-20 wks)
influenza vaccine - inactivated

Influenza vaccine eligibility

A
aged 6mths and over with:
chronic resp disease
chronic heart disease
chronic liver disease
chronic renal disease stage 3,4,5
chronic neurological disease
complement disorder
diabetes mellitus 
immunosuppression because of disease or treatment (inc long term systemic corticosteroids[1 mth of 20mg od for over 20kg or 1mg/kg for under 20 kg], chemo)
HIV 
morbid obesity (BMI of 40+)
children 2-10 yrs old
all pregnant women 
all adults 65+
residents of nursing homes
carers 
household contact of immunocompromised pt 
frontline healthcare workers

HPV vaccination schedule

A

licensed from 9 but not offered before 11 yrs old
Women 11-14 : given as part of the programme, receive 2 doses within 6-24 months after 1st dose. 2 doses given less than 6 months apart should not be considered effective and a 3rd dose may be given.
women 15-25: 3 dose regimen: 2nd dose at 1 mth and 3rd dose at 4-6 month. ALL 3 doses must be given within 12 mths. if 2nd dose given late or individual will not return for 3rd dose, the 3rd dose can be given min 1 mth after 2nd dose.
men 15-45: if they have sex with men and attend spe clinic - all 3 doses within 24 mths.
3 doses also recommended in some transgender, sex workers and men and women with HIV - use gardasil
Vaccine will give protection for min 10 years or longer
