• PC notifies Supervisory officers when involved in incident where SIU may invoke
• Supervisory officer notify Supervisory Officer-TPOC
• OIC notifies Unit Commander of involved units
• Supervisory Officer-TPOC notifies Chief’s SIU Designate and Deputy Chief of the Command Involved
• Chief’s SIU Designate or in their absence Duty Senior Officer-TPOC notifies SIU
• PC notifies SIU Liaison if SIU contacts them directly
