LGV describe clinical course

A

Primary lesion - 3-30 days coronal sulcus, pos wall vagina or vulva
Commonly proctitis or asymp
Secondary phase swollen lymph nodes or buboes groove sign 10-30 days post primary. Can get fever or arthritis
Tertiary - most don’t get but chronic inflam of anogenital tissues - proctitis, strictures
