in the neck or the inside of your wrist. to locate the pulse rate in the wrist, lightly press your (index) first finger and middle finger just above the tendons that run into the hand and feel for a beat, count how many beats in one minute

A

in cardio training, if adhered to will place stress on the heart and lungs. Over time this stress will stimulate an adaption where the heart becomes more efficient at pumping blood in each beat.

cardiac output = 95 ml x 115 bpm = 10,925 ml per minute or close to 11 litres
