A

A

social:
- ex) nurse talks to client about weather or sports
- won’t further therapeutic relationship if you stay in a social relationship, but can hep you ease into further relationship

intimate: does not have place in nurse-client interaction

therapeutic: focuses on the needs, feelings, ideas of the client only
- not inserting own feelings, needs, ideas in the relationship
