A

Homozygus: Having two of the same allele
Heterozygus: Having two diffrent allele.
Genotype: The alleles
Phenotype: the visible trait that alleles cause

How did Mendel set up his genetic experiments?

A

He used pea plants and removed the male parts. He then specifically chose which plants to go together to see if traits where passed down.

A

In the parental generation he started with a purple and white pea plant. The f1 generation had only purple plant and the f2 generation had 3 purple plants but 1 white plant.
