List action items required incase of flight crew incapacitation.
- Slide the seat fully back.
- Fully recline the back of the seat.
- Cross crew’s arms over chest and Lock and/or tighten seat harness;
- Administer first aid.

Person in custody.
When is wearing seatbelts mandatory by all crew members and passengers?
(i) During take-off and landing
(ii) During an instrument approach
(iii) When an aircraft is flying at less than 1,000 feet above terrain
(iv) At all times in turbulent conditions
What are the Flight Crew required to do if the aircraft is being refuelled while passengers are boarding?
- “Fasten seat belt” signs are turned “Off”
- “No smoking” signs are turned “On”
- Aircraft emergency lights are “armed”
What must the Flight crew announce over the Public Address (PA) approaching the parking bay?
“Flight Attendants disarm your doors and crosscheck.”
How long does the BCF last for?
15 seconds

How long do emergency lights last for?
20-30 minutes.
How long will the PSU supply oxygen for and how do you shut off the oxygen?
Oxygen flows for approximately twelve (12) minutes and once started oxygen generation cannot be stopped.
How do you activate the PSU oxygen flow?
Pulling down one (1) mask commences flow to all masks in that unit and a tube indicator shows green when oxygen flows to the mask.
What kind of fires are BCF extinguishers used for?
All types
What is the duration of the BCF extinguisher?
Aproximately fifteen (15) seconds.
What types of PBE does Nauru Airlines use on board their aircraft?
Avox and essex
