. E.g. —UK seaside resorts were once thriving with thousands of tourists. However, UK seaside resorts have declined due to the rise of holidays outside UK. Today most costal resorts experience high levels of deprivation due to high levels of seasonal unemployment/

. Conflict can arise when people resist or are against any changes that are FORCED upon them such as GENTRIFICATION in Brixton or Brick Lane

. Any new housing estates, shopping centres, firms, road will created tension between STAKEHOLDERS
