Who was Mansa Musa?
He was the emperor of the Mali empire and he was very rich. He converted to islam and then he goes on an hajj. He brings back culture from the Middle East.
How did African Culture become so diverse?
Places like Ethiopia were christian because of the countries they traded with were christian. This intensified the ideas that trading is how culture spread.
Who were Bantu people?
Farmers who moved across Africa. They spread the Bantu language and they spread farming techniques that allowed for other African states to excel at farming.
