- Gynaecomastia
- Feminine fat distrubution
- Osteoporosis
- Testicular Atrophy
- Varicose veins
Affects 1/550 men
Most common cause of androgen deficiency
70% remain undiagnosed
Small testes <4mL consistent feature
Ix: Two morning serum testosterone Total testosterone low/low-normal Elevated LH Elevated FSH
Perform DEXA, semen analysis (if fertility an issue = azoospermia), TFT, Fasting BSL
Would benefit from lifelong testosterone treatment
