A

Figurehead- Symbolic leader undertakes duties of social or legal nature
Leader- Motivating subordinates; selection and training other managers/ staff
Liaison- Links managers and leaders of other division

Monitor (receive)- collects data relevant to the business
Disseminator- Spreads info collected from external and internal sources -> Relevant people
