Barolo DOCG - 100% Nebbiolo, 56hl/ha, aged 3 years + 2 months with 18 months in oak.
Barolo Riserva DOCG - aged 5 years and 2 months with 18 months in oak.

Barbaresco DOCG - 100% Nebbiolo. 2 years ageing. 56hl/ha.
Barbaresco Riserva DOCG - 4 years ageing.

Roero DOCG, Ghemme DOCG, Gattinara DOCG - also grow Nebbiolo

Langhe Nebbiolo DOC and Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC - made from younger vines of Nebbiolo on less premium sites. aged 1 year.

Barbera d’Asti DOCG - 63hl/ha, aged minimum 4 months
Nizza DOCG - 49hl/ha, aged 18 months, 6 months in oak
Piemonte DOC - 84 hl/ha higher yields here

Dolcetto d’Alba - 63hl/ha
Dolcetto di Ovada DOC - 56hl/ha
Doglioni DOCG - 56hl/ha
Piemonte DOC - 77hl/ha higher yields here

Gavi DOCG - 100% Cortese, 67hl/ha
Gavi di Gavi DOCG - 100% Cortese. Riserva limited to 45hl/ha and aged for 1 year.

Roero Arneis DOCG - 95% Arneis, 70hl/ha.

NO IGT WINE in Piemonte! Simple ‘wine’ of DOC/DOCG only
