Q

How where the Jews persecuted in Nazi Germany?

A

They were sent to death camps and the biggest was Auschwitz-opened in 1940. When they arrived, the prisoners were immediately sorted into 2 groups: those who looked over 15 and were healthy were sent to the left; the old, sick, pregnant and women with young kids were sent to the right. Those on the left were forced to murder those on the right. Any refusals would result in a death sentence.
