What are the rules to form the Present Particle?

A
  1. By adding ‘ing’ to some verbs.
  2. By dropping the ‘e’ and add ‘ing’.
  3. If a vowel comes before the last letter of the root word, double the last letter and add ‘ing’.
  4. If a double vowel comes before the last letter, add ‘ing’.
