What are the treatment and diagnostics recommended for ARVC?

A
  1. 24h Holter examination - >100 VPC’s per 24h = diagnostic
  2. 2 main options for treatment: sotalol or combination of mexiltine + atenolol (also treat the underlying cardiomyopathy if present)
