What is the metric prefix of 1/100 base units?

What is a base unit?
A unit that is used based on what you are measuring such as meters for length and liters for volume
What is 100 meters in kilometers?
0.1 kilometer
What is mass?
The amount of matter that is in an object
What is volume?
The amount of space an object takes up
How many digits should you record when measuring something?
One more digit then is shown on the ruler/ whatever you are using to measure.
How to calculate mean?
Add all of the numbers together then divide by the amount of numbers there are
What axis does the independent variable go on?
The y axis
What is a direct relationship?
When the independent variable rises, so the dependent variable
Decide if standard deviation is useful in science, or not.
I believe standard deviation is very useful because it can be used to find the average deviation that a certain group of numbers have for each other. This can be used to decide if a group of numbers is relatively close together or not when comparing to another group of numbers.
What is a peak relationship?
When the points go up until they reach a certain point, then start to fall leaving a mountain-like shape
Why do certain variable tend to go on certain axis?
It makes the graph easier read if it is well organized and a well organized graph typically has the variables on the assigned axis
