A

Dopamine analogue. -Enantiomer is an alpha-1 agonist and a weak beta-1 agonist while the +enantiomer is an alpha-1 antagonist and a strong beta-1 agonist. It increases heart rate and contractility. The binding of alpha-1 receptors is mainly at high concentrations with vasoconstriction being the result
