Non specific
Fatigue
Generalised muscle, joint and bone pain
Hyperalgesia (increased sensitivity to pain)
Muscle weakness (myopathy) - espc extremities and pelvic region (difficulty rising from siting/ squatting + waddling gait)
Fragility fractures - with prolonged bone loss
