Permethrin (Nix)
Scabies: apply the entire body neck down before bed and wash off in 12 hrs. (do again in 1 week)
Lice: applied to the head and removed right after- it will only kill active lice. pt will need a 2nd treatment and the eggs (nits) scrapped from the head.
