A

Scallops are seared, and the rest of the seafood is added with white wine, sliced garlic, and parsley. It is served on the warming plate at the table. After the guests have eaten most of the seafood, we bring the pasta and tip it into the seafood dish and stir. It will be required to adjust the temperature of the warming plate.
