Q

How are RBCs classified?

A

Microfilled- amorphous silica (35-63%)- 0.04μm- eg. Heliomolar (Vivadent)

Micro-hybrid- glass particles and microfillers (>80%)- 0.4-0.8μm- eg. EsthetX (Dentsply)

Continuum filled- Zr/Si (87%)- 0.01-3.5μm- eg. Z100 and Z250 (3M ESPE)

Nanofilled- Zr/Si and clusters- 5-20nm Zr/Si or 75nm Si- eg. Filtek supreme XT (3M ESPE)
