    • easier to be transparent with a small team (ranging between 3-9 ppl)
    • a small team avoids mixed signals, breakdowns of communication and unnecessary complications
    • critical to the team’s productivity and the project’s completion
    • outside of the team, transparency with stakeholders including customers, sponsors and management
  2. inspection - conducting timely checks towards the outcome of sprint goal to detect undesirable variances
    • constant checking in on progress and deliverables to detect undesirable changes
  3. adaptation - adjusting project, product, or processes to minimize any further deviation or issues
