Level of confidence in a situation. Dependent of the difficulty of the task

Asking a performer with similar qualities to demonstrate the task to show it is possible

Giving praise and positive reinforcement, should be used by significant others
What is emotional arousal?
The coach should show the performer how to cope with and manger their arousal levels (using mental rehearsal)
