Answers may depend of their mood

Watching the performer
What are the positives to an observation?
Got to be covert in order to get realistic results, true to life
What are the negatives to observations
Subjective, time consuming, behaviour can be modified
High anxiety if know being watched
What are psychological measures?
Using physical measures such as increases HR to assess anxiety
What are the positives to physiological measures?
Objective - easily compared
Can be measured in training to easily assess high anxiety situations
What are the negatives to psychological measures
Advanced training needed to use monitors
