  • ‘Keep out of the sight and reach of children’
  • ‘Use this medicine only on your skin’ where applicable
  • BNF cautionary and advisory warnings (shake bottle, store in fridge…)

  • Appropriate quantitative particulars (i.e. the ingredients)
  • Quantity in the container

no licence needed providing the pharmacy supplying the medicine is the same pharmacy who pre-packages the containers

A

assembly/pre-packing medicines by pharmacy which will be supplied to separate legal entity (another NHS trust/pharmacy) required a licence from MHRA
