1. Import photo (File- Import)
   2.Use Draw Bezier curves tool to trace around the part of the image that you want to
   keep.
2. Select both the original photo bitmap + path (Closed Bezier curve)
3. From Object menu: Object-Clip-Set

How to Crop Part of a bitmap using a regular shape frame

Answer 2

1.Draw the desired filled shape that you would like to retain from a photo or an image (the source)
2. Select Pick tool, select shape. Hold shift and select the bitmap
3. From Menu select Object | Clip | Set
