What is the difference between EGPA and GPA?

A

GPA - triad of predominantly ENT symptoms, LRT symptoms and golmerulonephritis (haematuria and often rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis)

EGPA - asthma, eosinophilia

A

Cyclophosphamide and high dose steroids (more complicated that this but probs don’t need to know it)
