Indication: neuropathic pain, seizures
SE: Fatigue, dizziness, disturbance in thinking
Clinical Pearls:
-Can take with or without food
-Avoid sudden discontinuation (increased risk of seizures)
-Can cause breathing problems if used in combo w/drugs that make you drowsy/slow down breathing (seek emergency if breathing very slow)
-May have suicidal thoughts/behavior changes (monitor mental status)
-Makes you dizzy/drowsy (avoid driving/hazardous activities)
