Kirby’s Dreamland

A

vodka, strawberry syrup, amaro alta verde, Lustau rose’ vermouth, lemon juice, sparkling. Garnished with nasturtium leaf and a flower to look like a lilypad.

Slightly bitter, gives campari/soda vibes, can be a fruit forward slightly bitter summery French 76.

A

unaged armagnac (usually oak-aged, need to confirm this. the oldest type of liquor still distilled according to wiki), Finocchietto (fennel liqueur), green chartreuse, avocado leaf syrup (vegetal flavor), lemon juice, angostura.

Light, delicate, bright, boozy. Delicious

A

blanco tequila, fino sherry, lacto fermented tomato “water”, dill tincture, ginger syrup, lime juice.

Vegetal, with some salinity. A lighter, approachable take on a savory cocktail. “Taste of the garden”

coconut oil washed cachaca (cuh-SHAH-suh), cilantro and rau ram (Vietnamese coriander) infused cocchi americano (a quinine-flavored aperitif wine), salers (a clear gentian liqueur, recognized as a “gentian aperitif” and the oldest extant gentian liqueur)

A verdant take on a white negroni with a silky texture; earthy, slightly boozy but refreshing
