*Education and PD
-Cultural competency and Implicit bias resources/education
-Adress flexibility to training models to remove barriers to inclusivity(family commitments, work-life balance)
-Allign with AMC & MCNZ standards for specialist training.
-Ensuring gender balance of 40/40/20 in speakers/educators/examiners.

*Governance and Leadership
-Gender balance on College board-40/40/20.
-Culturally diverse representative leadership including Aboriginal participation.
-Code of conduct promoting compassionate, respectful and kind culture in o&g.

*Executive/Management/Staff
-Removing barriers to employment and participation in college activities
-Creating environments free of gender/race/cultural/age/experience/sexuality discrimination.
-Celebrating diversity in the workforce as diversity brings value to the organisation.

*Wider Membership
-Standardised flexibility and equitable access in all training hospitals.
-Championing discussion for inclusivity and gender equity in the workplace.
-Removing barriers that inhibit access to training- flexible working options.
-Deliberate inclusion of minority groups in O&G speciality to reflect diverse community we care for.
