AND > 4 of the following
1) impair short term memory/concentration = Dec function

4) tender cervical/ axillary lymph node
5) muscle pain
6) multi-joint pain with NO swelling/ erythema
7) unrefreshing sleep
8) post exertional malaise > 24 hr
