1. Verify Tube Placement - How?
2. Aspirate to assess tube patency/gastric contents if pt is symptomatic
   -Exception: NOT jejunostomy(BEST CHECKED W/ X-RAY) tubes, levin or dobhoff tubes (small openings)
3. Measure contents and return-see agency/hospital protocol
4. Flush with 30mL sterile water
5. Document findings
