Non volatile, long term storage

What are the 3 characteristics of magnetic storage?
A
Larger capacity and cheaper than SSDs. Not durable or portable because moving can damage device. Slow access speed but faster than optical.

What are the 4 characteristics of optical storage?
A
Low capacity and not durable because disks can break and scratch. Thin and portable and cheap to buy in bulk. Optical has slowest access speed.

What are the 4 characteristics of SSDs?
A
High capacity but more expensive than magnetic. Usually durable but cheap USB sticks can snap. Small size makes them portable. Fastest access speed because no moving parts.
