➢communication that involves more than one person
Interpersonal Communication
involves only 2 participants exchanging ideas/thoughts (guidance counselling & job interview)
dyad communication
involves 3-12 members (group activity/discussion)
small group communication
➢communication that requires you to send the message in front of a group
Public Communication
➢communication that takes place through TV, radio, newspapers & social media
Mass Communication
➢speaking with limited preparation
➢guided by notes or outline
➢delivered conversationally
ex: campaign speech, class reporting
