We need to appriase immediatly after great actiosn, and have an element of unexpectancy as well.

It is key that targets are achievable. We need to be specific as well.

Praise should be to specific actions, not general shite that is difficult to understand.

The managerial facet is about planning, structuring, commanding, organising and improving.

the relational facet is about people. How the leader influence others.

The creative facet is about seeing new solutions and being able to thrive under uniuque situations.
