the person who may have commited the crime may make themself look different to how they did when they comited the crime.

what is the overall conclution of EWT
A
its quite difficult for psychologists to prove eyewitness testimony as reliable. this is evident because if there is poor lighting, o if someone who is questioning you uses different language you are more likely to miss-identify people. however nowadays there is CCTV cameras which can identify people and catch people in the act which can be used for more evidence.
