what to look for in heart faliure
A
heart size
pulm vessel & prrenchymal changes
pleural changes
must assess on a PA radiograph
15mmhg cap pressure- venous distribution changes to the upper lobe
15-20 curley be lines
25- alveolar odema- batwing style.
