A
  • palpable purpuric rash over buttocks and extensor surfaces of arms and legs
  • abdominal pain
  • polyarthritis
  • features of IgA nephropathy e.g. haematuria, renal failure

Management of HSP

A
  • analgesia for arthralgia
  • supportive tx of nephropathy
    (no role for immunosuppressants/steroids)
