Describe chromosome non-disjunction
A
When a pair of homologous chromosomes or individual sister chromatids don’t separate in the cell cycle. Cell will have extra or less chromosomes.

When a segment of bases of a DNA sequence are reversed end to e.g. ATC becomes ACT

A
When part of the DNA base sequence/full chromosome/entire genome of the chromosome is duplicated/doubled

A
When groups of base pairs relocate from one area of the genome to another to a different gene, usually between non-homologous chromosomes.
