Q

What does use of force on any person mean?

A

It must be a person that force is being used on. Threatening a pet will not suffice. The person must be able to comprehend fear e.g. threatening a baby would not suffice as the baby cannot feel fear. However, if a baby is picked up by a robber and threatened to be thrown, this would suffice as he has used force to pick up the baby.
