A

-it is cost effective, as it is distributed to large amounts of people so it gathers information quicker.

-completed without the researcher needing to be present.

-produces data easy to analyse

  • Flowing and participant can elaborate their answers, as face to face, better explanation

-straight forward and easy to replicate due to standardised format.
