10
Q

What is insoluble base method

A
  • heat acid
  • add more base so we know all acid used up, and base in excess
  • filter out excess base

Q

how to crystallise

A
  • heat salt solution till crystals start forming
  • allow to cool in evaporating basin for few days
  • filter out crystals to remove excess salt
  • dry crystals by dabbing
