A

Stade primaire : Papules NON DOULOUREUSE (organes génitaux, anus, rectum, oral), urétrite, rectite et cervicite
Stade secondaire (2 à 6 semaines après stade primaire) : Adénopathie inguinale : Ganglion sensible et + gros, masse inflammatoire et abcès
Rectite hémorragique + écoulement et démangeaison
Fièvre, malaise, myalgie et arthralgie

Stade tertiaire (plusieurs années après infection) : Lésions inflammatoire chroniques, éléphantiasis genital, fistules génital et rectale, sténose (rétrécissement structure)
