List 10
A
- PT under 8 years old
- Unable to maintain drive to breathe
- Decrease LOC
- Apnea
- Pneumothorax
- Facial Trauma / burns
- Recent facial surgery
- PT unable to tolerate mask
- Active vomiting
- Systolic BP less than 90 mm Hg
