Active Threat
NPD immediate entry team consists of 4-man diamond formation.
Contact Team
Contact Team may be comprised of:

Assess and extricate the wounded in expeditious manner to stop loss of life.
Comprised of no less than 4 with 2 officers as permanent cover.
