A pathway that refers to multiple jobs within the same occupation, although this does not have to be within the same organisation e.g. working as a police constable, then sergeant and then inspector

A
  • use the STAR technique;
    S= describe a Situation you were in
    T = mention the Task that needed accomplishing
    A = outline the Actions you took: focusing on what you did personally
    R = round off by discussing the Results: what happened, what you achieved and what you learned
