Swift Water
Any emergency incident occurring in or near water that doesn’t typically exist in area due to weather event.
Flood Water Incident
Flood Water Strike Team
- minimum 5 person
- 3 FWZ
- 2 operation staff
Officer in charge of the Zodiac boat and crew.
Navigator / Officer
Operator of the zodiac boat and engine when applicable.
Pilot / Operator
Personnel who have completed the NFR flood water responder development qualifications.
Crew member / Rescuer
A risk assessment tool to assist the Navigator / Officer to determine the risk vs gain of a response.
