सहायता गर्नुहुनेछैन

तपाईं मेरो वरिपरि एक ढाल हुनुहुन्‍छ

तपाईं मेरो गौरव र मेरो शिर उच्‍च पारिदिने हुनुहुन्‍छ

You are my glory and the lifter of my head

म चर्को सोरले परमप्रभुमा पुकार गर्दछु

I cry out to the Lord with a loud voice

म पल्‍टन्‍छु, र निदाइहाल्‍छु, म फेरि बिउँझन्‍छु, किनभने परमप्रभुले नै मलाई सम्हाल्‍नुहुन्‍छ

I turn over, and sleep, I wake again, for the Lord sustains me

मेरो विरुद्धमा मेरा चारैतिर घेरा हाल्‍ने दशौँ हजार शत्रुहरूसँग पनि म डराउनेछैनँ

I will not be afraid of ten thousand enemies who surround me on all sides against me

मेरा सबै शत्रुहरूका गालामा चड्‌काउनुहोस्‌

Rebuke all my enemies on the cheek

दुष्‍टहरूका दाँत भाँचिदिनुहोस्‌

छुटकारा परमप्रभुबाट आउँछ
